Business Problem:
The organization faced declining public perception due to complex systems, unprepared employees, and rising service demands during extreme weather. With 50% of customers reporting negative service experiences, a critical gap in customer service training was evident.

​Solution:
To address this, targeted training focused on effective and explicit communication and resolution strategies ensuring employees are equipped to foster trust and resolve issues efficiently. Training was created for all new employees and for any employees with customer service satisfaction ratings below 75%.
